Who are we
HSBC in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man is made up of 11 branches which are situated in Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and the Isle of Man. Whilst HSBC Bank plc is a UK registered company, the branches across the islands are locally registered banks. Where a product or service is not offered by the local branches, in order to fulfil customers’ needs, HSBC Bank plc in the UK and sometimes other HSBC entities will provide those services directly to customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. This means that when you apply for a product or service that is on offer from HSBC Bank plc, you are signing a contract with that that bank in the UK and different rules and regulations maybe applicable.
